About Continental Drive Belt Kits
 
The kits contain a multi V-belt and - depending on vehicle application - all the required additional components such as tensioning and idler pulleys, tensioning dampers and fitting material.The quality of the kit is demonstrated by its detail, for example by the grooved ball bearings of the tensioning pulley: Because of their high rating these long-life bearings have an extensive load capacity, while their increased lubrication volume ensures especially low-noise operation and reliability.Multi V-belts along with other movable parts on the belt drive such as tension and idler pulleys are liable to aging and wear, and must therefore be checked and changed regularly. The check and change intervals are generally determined by the vehicle manufacturer and must be adhered to.
